Ag Resource Management, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries, which include Ag Resource Holdings, LLC, Ag Resource Servicing, LLC, Ag Resource Insurance, LLC, and Agrifund, LLC (collectively, “ARM,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) respects and values your privacy and wants you to understand how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information about you. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 18 (“Child” or “Children”), nor do we solicit personal information from Children. ARM is based in the United States, and any information you provide to us may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United States, where we are located and other countries which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal information as the one in which you reside. We may need to send your personal information overseas as part of our normal business operations.
