Meet The Team
The Rayville office stands as ARM’s flagship location where it all began back in 2009.
Mike Martien, Area Manager, has been involved in various facets of agriculture his entire life. Being raised and working on his family’s farm through the mid 1980’s, then being one of over 30 equipment operators on a large-scale corporate farm his last few years of high school, Mike knew agriculture was the only industry that would provide the gratification he desired. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Ag-Business from Northeast Louisiana University (now known as University of Louisiana at Monroe), he has spent his last 25+ years serving producers and ag retailers across the U.S. Mike has been with ARM since October of 2020.
Kyle Sisson has a passion for agriculture and serving America’s farmers. He spent his teenage years working on a farm in the summer and fell in love with agriculture. He received both Agribusiness and Accounting degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. After working in accounting for three years, he decided to follow his desire to work in the agriculture field. He has been working for ARM since November of 2020 as a Credit Analyst.
Sydney Booth, Office Manager, has been with ARM since November of 2020 after 6+ years as an Assistant Credit Analyst at a local community bank. Sydney is from Tensas Parish, heart of Lake Bruin, being raised on her family farm. Sydney studied accounting at LA Tech and settled here at ARM to continue helping the farming community.
John Majure, Principal Agent in Crop Insurance, values farmers. “If they are not in their fields, then I am not needed. I learned this many years ago through my dad and his ag chem career. My objective is to provide value to ARM’s customers, much like he did.” John’s been with ARM for over 10 years, serving as a principal crop insurance agent, he holds a degree to two, and if he is not working or spending time with his wife and 3 young children, he may be caught flying or dreaming of flying somewhere.
Sharon Gwin – Crop Insurance Processor – joined ARM in 2015. Previously she worked at a local grain elevator for 15 years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Bo of 43 years which has farmed for 40+ years and her 2 children.
