Buckles joins ARM with 12 years of experience in agricultural finance and 20 years of experience in marketing. He previously served in roles as a Vice President for Farm Credit Illinois and as the Director of Marketing for the Illinois Beef Association. He also holds a Bachelors degree from Western Illinois University and a Masters degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Buckles, his wife Lindsay, and their children are very involved in the livestock industry raising and selling competitive show pigs and Shorthorn-influenced cattle. They reside East of Rochester, Ill.

The Ashville, Ohio location opened in January of 2019 by Market Leader Larry Davis. ARM is now doubling its presence in Ohio with this addition, already having another location in Bellefontaine. Larry was born and raised on a Southern Indiana grain and livestock farm.  He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management and later earned an Executive MBA from Ohio University.  Larry brings over 30 years of experience in agribusiness finance to ARM having led successful teams with Telmark / Wells Fargo, Dairy Farmers of America, KeyBank, Rabo AgriFinance, CLAAS Financial Services, and PNC Bank.  Larry and his wife Roxanne have resided in Ashville for over three decades and have two grown sons Grant and Neal.

The Bad Axe, Mich. location opened in January of 2019 by Market Leader Jill Miller. ARM is now doubling its presence in Michigan, already having another location in Richland. Miller was born and raised in Huron County and attended school in Bad Axe and Kinde. She later attended Saginaw Valley State University graduating with a degree in Finance and Business Management in December of 2001. Miller has spent her entire career in the Bad Axe, Mich. community doing banking and agricultural lending. Miller’s involvement in the local community has consisted of Michigan Motosport Ministries, Bad Axe FFA parent advisory board, among many others. Miller comes from a farming back ground and lives on her husband’s grandparents’ farm.  Miller has been married to Jeff for nearly 18 years and has two children Haley and Jack.

On Jan. 9, 2019 a ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the new ARM location at 1904 S. Main Street in Stuttgart, Ark. Those attending enjoyed fellowship and refreshments while getting a chance to learn how ARM can help local farmers. Attendees included, members of the chamber of commerce, the mayor of Stuttgart, and local ag leaders.

Jason Hayes joins us as Market Leader with 16 years of ag lending experience at Farm Credit Services, where he spent the last six years as branch manager. Hayes attended Arkansas State University and graduated with a degree in agricultural business. He went on to attend the Barrett Graduate School of Banking at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn. where he graduated the program with honors. Hayes is an avid outdoorsman and likes to spend his weekends on the water or in the woods. He currently resides in Brinkley, Ark. with his wife and two children.

Teddie Hamilton joins us as Credit Analyst with seven years of finance experience at Merchants and Planters Bank, where he spent the last three years as a loan officer. Hamilton attended Arkansas State University and graduated with a degree in sociology. He also went on to graduate from the Barrett Graduate School of Banking at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn. Hamilton enjoys spending his spare time duck hunting and fishing. He currently resides in Clarendon, Ark. with his fiancé.

The Waunakee, Wis. location was opened in December of 2018 by Market Leader Jason Brown. Brown graduated from UW-Platteville with a degree in Agricultural Business. He later attended Edgewood College in Madison, WI graduating with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2005. Brown has worked in three different banking institutions in Southern Wisconsin over the last 20 years, having been the President/CEO of a community bank for the last 11 years. Brown is married to his wife Susan and they have three children. They reside in Waunakee.

The Morris, Ill. location opened in December of 2018 by Market Leader Mike Carey. Carey was born and raised in Grundy County and attended school nearby in Seneca. He later attended Joliet Junior College and Illinois State University graduating with a degree in Finance and Ag Business in May of 2001. Carey has spent his entire career in the Morris, Ill. community doing agricultural lending. Carey’s involvement in the local community has consisted of United Way, MVK School Board, Grundy County Farm Bureau, among many others. Carey is also actively involved in his family’s farming operation in southern Grundy County. Carey has 2 sons, Logan and Gavin.

Swanson brings a strong agronomic background having previously managed a sales team at IAS, a regional cooperative covering northern Iowa. Before that she was a District Sales Manager for seed sales with Dow AgroSciences.  Her husband Matt also works in the agricultural field and they have three children, Jimmy, Skyla, and Charley. Swanson and her family reside near Story City, Iowa.

The Sioux Falls, S.D. office opened at its permanent location Nov. of 2018 at 3020 W. 57^th Street by Market Leader Gerald Kruger. Kruger was born in Sibley and grew up on the family farm until moving to Sioux Falls in 1985. He spent over 30 years in banking, holding numerous positions throughout his career. Kruger joined ARM to provide alternative solutions to farmers during these challenging economic environments. Kruger is married to his wife Michelle and have four children.

Paul Fritz was hired in October as this location’s credit analyst. Fritz is from Tea, S.D. located just minutes south of Sioux Falls. He attended South Dakota State University and graduated with a degree in economics in May of 2018.

The Garden City, Kan. location was opened in June of 2018 by Market Leader Ryan Schreibvogel. Schreibvogel was born and raised in Garden City and attended school nearby in Holcomb. He later attended Kansas State University graduating with a degree in Finance and Ag Business in May of 2002. Schreibvogel has worked in three different banking institutions in Southwest Kansas over the last 15 years, having been an Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer for the past 11 years. Schreibvogel is married to his wife Kori and they have three children.

Carmen Edwards was hired in October as this location’s credit analyst and office manager. Edwards is from Lakin, Kan. 25 miles west of Garden City where she graduated in 1996. Edwards has been in banking for the last twelve years as a consumer loan officer, loan operations manager, commercial and ag loan assistant, and a customer service representative. She has two children who also attend the Holcomb school district.
